To all authors: Papers to be presented at the conference require at least one author to register at non-student rate. Registration form and accompanying payment are due at the time of submitting your full paper prior to 15 October 2008.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for refunds prior to 3 November 2008 must be in writing. A service fee of 10% will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. No refunds will be made after 3 November 2008. Substitutions are permitted.
